Your suitcase is your key to containing everything that you will need on your vacation, business trip, or other traveling adventure. You need to make certain that your suitcase suits all of your needs and expectations if you want your trip to be as great as it can be. You can't be struggling with it all the time, unable to lift it, or breaking the rules of the mode of transportation, so you'll have to put a great deal of thought into the suitcase that you choose.

There are a number of elements you'll need to keep in mind when you select your luggage:

The size of your suitcase will need to make it convenient, easy, and it must fit into restrictions of your travel choice. For example, if you're flying, your carry-on MUST fit into the overhead compartment, or underneath the seat ahead of you.

The maximum weight you'll be allowed for your carry on luggage will be 40lbs (18kg). For that reason, you'll want to get suitcase that is as light as possible - remembering that soft sided suitcase is considerably lighter than hard sided.
